A meeting between students and representatives of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Astana was held at Astana International University.
The event aimed to familiarize students with modern approaches to forming a professional civil service, as well as with the ethical standards required of civil servants.
During the meeting, the following topics were discussed:
• principles and values of civil service,
• transparency and accountability in public administration,
• career opportunities for graduates,
• the role of youth in modernizing public governance.
The event became an important platform for dialogue between future professionals and representatives of the public sector, contributing to the development of legal literacy, a better understanding of civil service principles, and motivation for students to pursue careers in public administration.
