The deadline for filing an appeal for Stage I of the
competition is November 13, 2025. According to the Rules for Awarding the
"Best University Teacher" Title, the university determines the number
of competitors for Stage II of the competition based on a maximum of one
applicant per 50 full-time faculty members. The ratio of faculty with no more
than 15 years of teaching experience to faculty with more than 15 years of
experience is at least one to three (1:3) of the total number of applicants.
To participate in Stage II of the competition,
participants must prepare the following competition documentation:
1) an application for participation in the competition
for the "Best University Teacher" title in the prescribed form;
2) information in accordance with qualitative and
quantitative indicators in the established format;
3) an annual work plan and schedule in the established
format;
4) a decision of the collegial governing body of the
OVPO;
5) a personal record sheet, certified by the place of
work;
6) a copy of an identity document;
7) notification of a current 20-digit current account in the card database.
