AIU students won prizes at the XVII National Subject Olympiad in Geography

The XVII National Subject Olympiad in the field of "V014 – Geography Teacher Training" was held at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, with students from 18 leading universities of Kazakhstan participating.

The purpose of the Olympiad was to assess students' theoretical and practical knowledge, enhance their professional skills, and improve the quality of geography teacher training. This year, students of the International University of Astana performed excellently.

Under the guidance of Senior Lecturer, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Galymbek Tursynuly Baigukin, 3rd-year students of the "Geography" program Rahmatali Nurislam Muratuly and Omarov Azamat Dauletuly achieved great results.

Rahmatali Nurislam Muratuly won 2nd place in the individual competition and was awarded a 2nd-degree diploma. All participants received certificates of participation, and mentors were presented with letters of gratitude.
