On June 4, 2025, a guest lecture titled "How to Find Your Dream Job" was held at the Higher School of Economics. The lecture was delivered by Elina Dadabaeva — a member of the HR Association of Kazakhstan, founder and director of the recruitment company Eiger Kazakhstan (Almaty). Our guest has 17 years of experience in recruitment, international experience (ABN AMRO Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, ANCOR), has conducted over 10,000 interviews, is a certified SHL trainer and assessor, and a member of the EUROBAK HR Committee.

The guest lecture covered various aspects of employment such as the art of job searching, how to write a CV, where to look for a job, how to prepare for an interview, how to successfully pass an interview, and what employers expect from young professionals. The lecture was very useful for undergraduate graduates. Elina also shared her presentation. We thank Elina for the insightful session and valuable advice for our graduates.
