Gylymkozha Abdikahuly noted that the problem of drug addiction among young people today is becoming a problem all over the world. This is because nine out of ten drug addicts are unlikely to receive full treatment. Most of them do not live to be 40 years old. The bulk of drug users are young people aged 18 to 30 years. However, unfortunately, recently children and teenagers are among those who use drugs.
